1. Structure and working principle
Ball: The core component of the floating ball valve is a hollow sphere, which can float freely in the valve body.
Valve seat: There is a valve seat on each side of the ball, usually made of elastic material (such as PTFE) to ensure sealing.
Valve stem: The valve stem is connected to an external operating mechanism (such as a handle or actuator) to control the rotation of the ball.
Working principle: When the hole of the ball is aligned with the pipeline, the fluid can pass; when the ball is rotated 90 degrees and the hole is perpendicular to the pipeline, the fluid is blocked.
